Padahal kalau di McDonald's plaza Surabaya, pesan panas 2 large otomatis dapat minuman yang large. Manajemen di McDonald's Basra sangat buruk. Sepertinya aturan ngasih teh kotak ke menu panas 2 large berasal dari atasannya. Sama seperti McDonald's di kota lainnya ya standar Pegawainya Sebagian ada yg ramah tapi sebagian ad yg Cemberut khususnya pak Manajernya ya tuh orang mau duduk di kursi ambil nomer antrian Kok dilarang katanya harus berdiri Letaknya yg di depan dan berseberangan dgn Mall Tunjungan Plaza 1 semakin memanjakan penggemar kuliner Fast Food McDonald's Basuki Rahmat Mekdi Basra buka 24 jam ini memudahkan bagi orang orang yang ingin sarapan makan Pagi nasi ayam goreng MCD yang gurih dan renyah, semisal Anda kebetulan belum sempat sarapan pagi, karena harus mengurus SIM di Tunjungan plaza jam 4 pagi, atau bisa juga untuk sekedar minum kopi dan menikmati pastry. Saya pernah diperlakukan dengan kurang sopan oleh karyawan sana, bukan karyawan yg di front officenya tp rasanya dia spv nya. Sy cuma nanya tp responnya kurang begitu menyenangkan. Mohon utk dapat melayani pelanggan dgn baik. Sudah dilengkapi teknologi input pilihan menu mandiri, efektif untuk mengurangi antrian, tempat tertata rapi dan meja dibuat paten jadi ngak bisa di tarik tarik dan berantakan, pilihan menu cukup lengkap dan managernya sigap dan tanggap sekalipun banyak petugas saji yg kesannya cuek dan bad mood layani pengunjung, bisa dilakukan Audit layanan mutu biar bisa di improve untuk kedepannya. Penjualnya ngarahkan kita untuk pesen yg gak kita pengen. Maunya ayam saos ricis malah ditujuinnya ke ayam panas. Dan paket panas itu kan udah sama minum, kita disuruh pesen minum yg lain seolah2 paket panas itu ga termasuk minum, dan kita disuruh pesan lyche tea atau coklat dll. Udah sales bgt kasirnya dan saya gak dapat apa yg pengen saya makan di situ. Tempat besar, ditengah kota, bagian outdoor nya aku suka karena nyatu banget sama pedistrian dan jalan raya, A great place to hang out and to eat in the warm place. It is also close with one of the largest mall in surabaya, tunjungan plaza Mantab, ada ditengah kota dan paling terkenal di surabaya, kalo rasa jangan ditanya mcd selalu konsisten rasanya Pesen makanan udah pake mesin otomatis ada pilihan ayam crispy nya mau dada apa paha lalu dipilihlah dada karna gak suka tekstur ayam bagian paha. Sampe dikasir bayar, trus cuma mau mastiin ke mbk kasirnya minta ayamnya yg simbaknya bilang katanya ayamnya random kak. Gak bisa milih. Heran deh klo gak bisa milih kenapa di mesin menu nya bisa milih bagian ayam. Dan cuma di mcd basrah ini aja yg ayamnya gak bisa milih. Beda sama mcd darmo dan manyar bisa milih bagian ayam nya. Tdk tersedia sedotan karna restoran sudab tdk melayani pemberian sedotan untuk kebaikan lingkungan. Lokasi nY tepat berada di depan dealer datsun sebelah Tunjungan plaza 1 bersebelahan dengan pizza hut dan Kfc basra. Pelayanan smakin bagus & fasilitas screen by order yg menghindarkan antrean pemesanan trlalu panjang d kasir Deket jalan raya, pemesanan udh pake sistem self-booking. Pembayaran bisa pake card/cash. Pakai card bisa lgsung bayar d mesin pemesanan dan makanan bisa diantar/ambil sendiri sesuai nomor antrian. Kalau pake cash, bayar dulu di kasir, dapat nomor pesanan, bisa pilih diantar atau ambil d dekat kasir sesuai nomor antrian. Jadi habis bayar bisa langsung pilih tempat duduk sambil nunggu pesanan ready. Super McD, takut saya pertamakali nyoba McD disini, tiba2 dihadapkan mesin sekali, tapi masih melayani pembayaran biasa kok tenang aja. Lagi2 saya ke McD di pagi2 buta sekitar jam 3 pagi, drpd McD yang saya review sebelumnya disini lebih cocok untuk tongkrongan 24 jam. AC pas tidak terlalu dingin. Colokan tersebar, Wifi lancar, Toilet cukup bersih. Tempatnya nyaman, makanannya tetap enak citarasa McD. Parkirannya pun terorganisir dengan baik, tapi hati2 ongkos parkirnya progresif baik mobil maupun motor tidak masalah tarifnya masih manusiawi menurut saya, cmiiw. Sukses terus McD. Tempat mudah banyak angkutan bisa di pakai jadi ngak terus sampai malam. Ada tempat untuk yg auka ngerokok juga atai suka yang tertutup ada semua makanannya juga lengkap. Mo pindah ke mall dekat tinggal nyembrang aja Sangat cocok buat janji ketemu relasi, karena strategis. Buat meeting dengan sistem parkir berbayar karena lokasi bagus Lokasi mudah ditemukan, tapi hati-hati dengan akses keluar masuk jika membawa kendaraan pribadi karena jalan depan sangat padat. Pelayanan Drive true-nya agak lambat, sehingga terjadi penumpukan. McD ini lokasinya sangat mudah ditemukan dan juga terletak tidak jauh dari Tunjungan Plaza. Tersedia indoor dan outdoor seating. Indoor seating anda bisa memilih lt 1 atau 2. Terdapat juga self service counter jadi lebih memudahkan. Suasana tempatnya nyaman dan menyenangkan, free wifi berjalan dengan semestinya. Kalau mau sedikit santai bisa duduk di segmen Mc Cafe yg suasananya lebih santai Lain. MCD disini tervilang cukup ramai karna berada d tengah kota dan pas di depan tunjungan plaza. Jika waktu ramai, Agak kurang bagus bagi pengguna mobil soalnya parkirannya terbatas. D sebelahnya juga ada kfc dan pizza hut. We knew that Ibis has been one of the best options for business trips, but it's very dramatic to initiate Corporate relations with this hotel. We were asking them to provide a proforma invoice for 2 nights extended so we could proceed to our finance dept, yet they stated the request was too late for them. The back office employees were off, our request was too late, and so on. We all know that we couldn't process something without the invoice, and eventually, we booked through an online app. Hopefully, they will put much effort in terms of gaining corporate customers.
